Women Cricket Team of Pakistan Trying Hard To Win

Despite the fact that the women cricket team of Pakistan has been facing a lot of difficulties in the ICC women’s world cup 2017, the captain of the ship, Sana Mir, is hopeful and energetic for the win in the upcoming match. The skipper has said that she wants to end up the tournament for the team on a good note.

The women cricket team of Pakistan will be taking hands on the comparatively less difficult team that is West Indies this Tuesday. The match will be played at the Grace Road. The women cricket team of Pakistan has had a very horrible time in this ICC women’s world cup 2017 as the team has lost its all five matches they have played so far in the tournament. The West Indies side also has also not been so good at the battle filed for the world cup as they also have won only one match that against Sri Lanka. So the Pakistani skipper is hopeful that she can beat West Indies to make the end of the tournament a delightful one.

The Need of Hour: Good Finish To The Tournament

The captain for the women cricket team of Pakistan said in an interview that:

“It’s extremely important for us to finish this tournament on a strong note. We started off on a strong note — almost winning the game against a strong South Africa side — but then things started slipping and it went from bad to worse. However, it is important to finish on a high note.”

The women cricket team of Pakistan is now left with only two matches to have a delightful end for the nation.  The skipper feels that we should not worry much as the team has still some very strong players like Bismah Maroof etc. that can help the team win.
