Sanam Saeed To Work On New TV Series On Social Taboo

Kashaf Foundation is ready to produce yet another TV series based on Taboo starring Sanam Saeed.

After giving a remarkable series as Udaari, Kashaf Foundation is about to give the audience another series on the social issue.

Mikaal Zulfikar has recently posted a photo on Instagram with Sanam Saeed and Sarmad Khoosat. The picture says “Working with my favorite co-actor @sanammody and favorite director #sarmadkhoosat for something special #specialappearance #comingsoon

Mikaal Zulfikar and Sanam Saeed talked to Dawn Images on this to get more information. Sanam Saeed revealed about the series a little. She said

“Sarmad Khoosat is directing and producing this mini series” told Sanam. “The plot revolves around seven women who meet on a train… The mini series contains the story of each of those seven women.”

She also told Dawn that the series revolves around social problems in Pakistan.

“My character’s story is on handling mental health challenges and spreading awareness about depression,” the actor added.”

Mikaal Zulfikar also commented on the series. Amna Mufti is the writer working in collaboration with Asghar Nadeem Syed.

“The cast also includes Sanam Saeed, Nimra Bucha, Anam Gohar and myself, along with a few new faces,” he further added.

The title of the series is “Aakhri Station”. The project, however, is under construction and the choosing the channel for airing the series is yet another decision left.

Sanam Saeed: The Pakistani Diva

Sanam Saeed is a British-Pakistani. She has diverse talents as singing and modeling as well. Sanam won numerous awards such as Lux Style Awards for Best Actress and Lux Style Awards for Best Supporting Actress. Sanam Saeed hailed from her role Kashaf in Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Apart from dramas, she has lead roles in movies like Dobara Phir Se and Bachaana. Dilyar-e-Dil was yet another block buster drama of Sanam.
