- The Naval chief says that Navy is proud of Pakistani cricketer Fakhar Zaman.
The naval chief Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah has said that the Pakistan Navy is proud of the newly emerged Pakistani cricketer Fakhar Zaman. Fakhar Zaman has been an ex-serviceman in the Navy and has done much to save the ship of the team in this champion’s trophy. He also remained a part of Navy cricket team as well for 7 years.
Upon the great triumph of Pakistani team, everyone has been praising the team and especially the newly emerged cricketers because of whom we were able to make it to the finals. Many award ceremonies have been arranged for the team up till now and the team players have been given a lot of gift and awards. Similarly, the Naval chief also hosted a dinner for the team and there while addressing to the team, he praised the whole team and especially, Fakhar Zaman. He said that the Pakistan Navy is proud of this gem of a person.

Other than appreciating Fakhar Zaman, The Naval chief also highly appreciated the other team members for the unforgettable triumph. He said that the spirit of unity by the team displayed especially in the final match is much significant and appreciable. He added that the whole country is proud of the team as they have brought great laurels to the country. The captain Sarfaraz Ahmed was also much praised by Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah. He said that Sarfaraz Ahmed played a very significant and instrumental role by uniting and leading the entire team and playing as a single unit. The chief of Naval staff also awarded each player with a medal as well. The ceremony was one of the very patriotic and amazing ceremonies arranged by the Pakistan Navy.
