Ever since the evolution of television in Pakistan, there have been countless actors who have made their presence felt in the plays that they worked in. However, there have been many actors who appeared on TV for only one or two projects and then distanced themselves completely from show business. One such actor was Aamir Ali who was a cast member of the popular comedy drama serial of the early nineties, 'Naukar Ke Agay Chakar'.
The play, written by Shahid Kazmi and directed by Zakia Akbar, was loved by the audiences for its spontaneous comedy and dialogs. To add to it were the remarkable performances by Moin Akhtar, Durduna Butt and Mazhar Ali. However, it has to be said that the performances given by these small screen stalwarts would not be possible without the contribution from their supporting cast members.
For Aamir, being associated with a production that was so well appreciated and liked by the audiences could have worked in favor of his career but his disappearance from the small screen altogether took away the opportunity from the audiences to enjoy his work any further.
