Ali Ejaz has been one of the most talented and dedicated TV and film actors ever produced by the Pakistan entertainment industry. With his comedic skills and flawless performances, he has created a strong fan base for himself not only in Pakistan but elsewhere in the world too. His most unforgettable TV dramas to date have been the Pakistan Television (PTV) classics 'Shab Deg', 'Khwaja And Son' and 'Parosi'.
After making his way as a TV artist, Ali also acted in countless films. His films alongside late comedic genius Nanha were the ones most appreciated. He made his debut in the movie 'Insaniyat' (1967). Most of the movies he acted in were in Punjabi language including 'Dubai Chalo' (1979), 'Sala Sahib' (1981), 'Susraal Chalo' (1983), 'Rishta Kaghaz Da' (1985) and 'Pasoori Badshah' (1991) among many others. He also acted in a few Urdu movies like 'Fasana-e-Dil'.
Ali was also involved in drama direction. There was news during the year 2006 that he was set to direct a drama for the Indian channel Sahara. The drama was named 'Dil Aur Fasley'.
