Daughter of renowned Pakistani TV and film actor Agha Sajjad, Saman Agha seemed like the most promising actress at one point in time. Making her debut during the 1990s, Saman started her acting career from PTV and STN, proving herself to be someone who was capable to carry on with her father's legacy.
She acted in numerous dramas at the time and did prominent roles. Her famous dramas which she worked in early on in her career include 'Apnon Se Duur', 'Kasak (Different than the one written by Haseena Moin), 'Dil Hi To Hai', 'Mera Ghar, Meri Jannat' and 'Dulhan'. She also acted in a long play called 'Nosheen' in which she shared screen space with Humayun Saeed and Ayaz Khan. The drama was shown on the former channel STN.
In recent years, Saman made a comeback to the small screen and acted in a couple of plays namely 'Qutubuddins' (Geo TV) and 'Rishtay' (ATV).
