Khayyam Sarhadi was a popular Pakistani actor who will best be remember for his roles in popular movies such as 'The Blood of Husain' and 'Jinnah'. Sarhadi started his career with theater, and later switched to radio. His stint with Pakistan Radio was short however, as he switched over to acting in TV plays. He gained popularity with serials such as Waris, Man Chale ka Sauda and Anokha Ladla.
Khayyam died in February, 2011 during the picturisation of one of his TV plays. He also performed in three cinematic pictures, which included Bobby and Dakoo. However, he didn't pursue cinema any further and left after these three movies.
