Rehan Sheikh was one of the young and promising actors who got introduced to television during the mid nineties. He and his sister Savera made their television debut around the same time. While Rehan chose acting as his profession, Savera was seen as a host to several programs and then stopped appearing on TV.
Right from very early on his career, Rehan had been associated with good quality productions. He started his career by hosting a travelogue program on Pakistan Television (PTV) by the name of 'Travel Guide Of Pakistan'. In the program, Rehan would take the viewers along with him to the far fetched areas of Pakistan and show them the sights and sounds of these places.
Among his earliest plays, 'Bisaat' became quite popular although Rehan's character in the play was quite short lived. He also worked in Zulfikar Sheikh's play 'The Castle: Ek Umeed', 'Kiran Kahani' and 'Aaghosh'. After taking a gap of few years, Rehan made a comeback to TV dramas and worked in private channel productions. These include 'Woh Chaar' (Hum TV), 'Sarak Ke Us Paar' (Geo TV), 'Rookhey Naina' (Geo TV), 'Aakhri Barish' (Hum TV), 'HIT' (Geo TV), 'The Ghost' (Hum TV) and long play 'Second Chance' (ARY Digital).
