Humaima Malik is among the most beautiful and talented actresses/models of Pakistan. Starting her career at an early age of 14 years old she starred in many Pakistani television dramas and eventually made her way to Bollywood where she starred along “Emran Hashmi”. According to Humaima, her secret of radiant hair is:

“I avoid styling my hair with heated tools as much as possible; in fact, I don’t style my hair at all. Limit your time in the sun and eat the right food (a diet rich in iron, zinc, and protein). Keep your hair clean and nourish your scalp with essential oils, such as coconut, avocado, almond, castor and olive oil. I use L’Oréal Paris Ever Strong Reconstruct Shampoo which is great for dry hair”.

What To Bring Along While Travelling

According to Humaima Malik:

“My backpack, comfortable boot cuts jeans, PJ’s and loose trousers are a must for a comfortable journey. Sunglasses are my obsession so they are with me wherever I go. A portable charger, a comfortable yet stylish pair of sneakers, and a good book or  playlist are also essential.”

As says, Humaima Malik, the cause of her glowing skin is:

“I am gifted with good skin so I keep it simple and use Lancôme Creme Radiance Clarifying Cleanser as I believe a good cleanser can take away all the impurities. Humaima Malik tells:

“The best tip I can give is to workout! I exercise daily, even if it’s for 15 minutes a day, I never skip it. I have three cups of green or black tea a day — it helps prevent skin cancer and the breakdown of collagen, the main cause of wrinkles. I drink more water and skip soft drinks — sodium in soft drinks makes my eyes puffy so I absolutely avoid that. Cut on the sweet stuff”.
