What Do You Need?

  •  8 Eggs.
  • White Vinegar (2 teaspoons)
  •  Muffins
  • Salt (To your preference )
  • Pepper (To your preference )
  •  Olive Oil (1teaspoonn)
  • 2 Cut Tomatoes
  • Pepperoni or Thin Chicken Slices

For The Sauce:

  • Yolk of 3 egg
  • Salt (To your preference )
  • Pepper (To your preference)
  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Unsalted butter (7 tablespoons)

How To Prepare?

First of all, melt the butter in a pan or in the microwave and let it cool down before mixing it with the yolk. Then take olive oil and heat it. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and chicken/pepperoni and cook it for nearly two minutes. Flip the ingredients to make sure that the ingredients get even heat. Poach the eggs and toast the muffins. Cut the muffins in halves and set them on separate plates (for example 4). Prepare the sauce by blending the egg yolks and the lemon juice. Blend the ingredients on full speed for 30 seconds. Take a slice of bread. Use a spoon to flatten down only the center of the slice to make space for the egg. Spread butter on all 4 edges and sprinkle it with cheese. Pour the mixture in flour and stir. Pour this Mixture into the pan and flatten the top. Bake the mixture for an hour. Take cream, icing sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and beat it until it mixes.
