" I absolutely agree with Star77, other than being on a different channel there is nothing fresh about Sahista and the show. Yeah I believe Geo is the ultimate height for a morning show and for anchors to prove they are the best. Why couldnt they audition new faces, I am sure karachi has plenty of educated, confident, well read girls and women, so why not a breath of fresh air.
As far as Nadia is concerned I dont think it was just Noor and her husbnads deal, it could be the last nail in the coffin, but if Geo was interesting in keeping and backing her their legal dept could have handled it. Its like a cascading event, the plummeting rating of her show, the conduction in Ramdana as Star 77 said "excessive nach gana", and finally Noor's case all lead to her dismissal. I believe Nadia starting thinking she was invincible morning show queen. "

" Feels like that nadia got punishment as she was crossing her muslim limits by promoting so much naach gaana in her shows especially in every ramadan for last two three years. Also she was simple inher dressing before. But for last few months especially coming back from maternity she also joined the race of fashion and competion.
It feels so sad when Nadia was talking about flood victims-extreme poverty-suicides-standing wearing designer dressess worth thousands of rupees.
Also she started to give expensive designer dresses which she says sometimes worth 18 thousands,10 thousands etc.
All these exposure of lavish things and naach gaana things are generating frustartion and depression in our already grieven society.
She always says that I want you guise to be happy but excess fashion naach gaana belly dance are not the means to make lives of our poor people happy.
Otherwise she can invite people who are contributing to our nation w|o any greed. or promoting those who are working during flood and other disasters.
Last year she started to promote so-called new talent by encouraging girls an boys to do modelling.
instead she can introduce intelligent youth who are lightning up the name of their country in their respective field.
These kinds of things promotes hope and happiness in our people.
Happiness is not just naach and gaana all the time by closing eyes or ignoring our problems. "

" I agree that Shaista seemed to look very faithful to ARY and I was expecting that she wouldn't go to GEO despite any attractive offer. But she was not much different from others and now it looks like she snatched the show from Nadia(due to Nadia's potential problems) which shaista always wants to.
Now lets see that Nadia will come back on GEo or some other channel.Then she will tell exactly what happened.
I was wondering if nadia show is banned for six month why Geo didn't ask any other host or celebrity to temperarily replace nadia in her absence as it has been done during nadia's maternity leave.
It shows that nadia is no longer with geo because she caused to defame the prestige of Geo channel because of court case on her.
It also shows that nothing is stable in this world. Nadia always praise and advocate for Geo in her show that how Geo is better than all other channels. Now see how quickly geo replaced nadia only with her rival channel host. "

" Samaha@I believe that nadia didn't get the opportunity to tell about the closure of her show as it ends all of a sudden. She had no intention to close the show because many times she has said I only know to do that and I love to do morning show and after couple of years I"ll be still hosting a morning show.
And I think if Geo had to start a new show they should also give opportunity to some new talent. I wonder how come Geo did not find any other fresh and talented person in the population of 16 crore people.
With Shaista in GEO Morning it wouldn't be much different from GMP.As she has nothing new to offer to her viewers. So this show's rating will drop very soon. "
