" My mother, Santosh Russell, who played the heroine's mother in this film, has just turned 80. We've been living in Canada since 1973, when we left Pakistan. I've been searching everywhere for one of my mother's movies and am so glad to have found this one. By the way, my mum still looks fantastic at 80! As a child, growing up in 1960's Pakistan, I have many fond memories of all the actors of the time: Waheed Murad, Mohammed Ali, Nadeem, Shamim Ara, Shabnam, etc., as my mum often took me and my brother to her filming locations. "
