1st & Last Complete Song of Lata in Pakistani Movie Jadoogar

| Upto 1965 were the golden days of Indo-Pak music as movies used to be played in cinemas across the border and good music was appreciated in both the countries. As you can watch in clip that Indian movie songs used to be played on Radio Pakistan and movies were run in Pak cinemas. Music Directors Salim & Iqbal had so far composed 2 Songs for Jadugar (viz. Rung-e-Mehfil hay aur na Tanhai by Naseem Begum ..and..Ik main ik tu taaron ki barat hay by Nahid Niazi and Munir Hussain) when the producer decided to include his favourite song of Lata from Chhalia movie to include in Jadugar, Salim Iqbal had strong objections over this decision being genuine composers, so consequently they dropped the movie after 2 Songs (which are the best songs of the movie) and the rest of the songs were given to Nazir Jafferi who literally messed all of them despite the beautiful lyrics of Sahil sahab.. these songs of Nazir Jafferi are uploaded by Sal1606 and u can hear the difference between a high class composition and a third class one..thogh he had same lyricist and same singers..even he gave one song to Salim Raza still the composition was sliggish and song couldnt get popular.. The movie flopped cuz the serious viewers rejected this hacking of Indian song and this experiment of full song copy was never repeated again..thanx God :-) even Sal1606 got ashamed and did not upload it with all other songs of this movie.. but can he or anyone else remove this from history? This whole story was necessary to narrate just to let you know how great composers were treated in the past here..and to show you how morally men of character they were ..to drop the movie but not compromise on their reputation..thats why today we remember the names of Salim Iqbal but anyone remembers the film producer name? no one. I remember Khwaja Khurshid Anwar dropped 1977 movie Insaan after one song when he heard that its story was a cheap imitation of an Indian movie.. Anyways enjoy the double maza of Lata in a Pak Movie..not sung for it though..yet a part of it now. There are instances of short audios of Indian movie songs in backgrounds of few Pak movies but not a COMPLETE song of LATA in a Pak movie, before and after this song..
