Arabic Prawns


300 g prawns with tail
4 clove garlic chopped
2 green chilies
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Oil 5 tbsp
1/4 cup water
Salt, black pepper, white pepper
Nuts [walnut, almond]


Make a cut on prawns in center to open them.
In 3tbsp oil fry garlic, put in prawns, after 1-2 minutes add green chilies, nuts.
Cook and add water, 2tbsp oil, cinnamon powder, salt, black pepper, white pepper.
Cook till water dry and prawns tender.
Garnish with green olives and tomato.
Serve with boil rice or pita bread.
