SYNOPSIS:

ARY tv - 17th April '08 Bun Kabab by samina jalil - marina mornings

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS FOR AALO(potato) KABAB:-

2 cup boiled mashed Aalo
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp corriander and cumin crushed
1 tsp crushed Anardana
1 tsp salt

METHOD:-
Mix all the ingreds. and make kababs.

INGREDIENTS FOR DAL KABAB:-

2 cups keema
2-1/2 cup chana Dal
2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 egg white

METHOD:-

Boil all the ingredients. and chop them in chopper.make kababs coat with egg white and deep fry.

INGREDIENTS FOR KHUTTI IMLI CHUTNI:

1 cup imli pulp
1 tsp white cumin seed
dash red chilli flakes
dash green corriander leaves
dash green chillies

Method:
take all ingredients and blend them.

INGREDIENTS FOR GREEN CHUTNI:-

1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp cumin seeds
dash green chillies
dash corriander leaves

Method:-

take all ingredients and blend them well.

ASSEMBLING:-

take buns and light fry on frying pan...pour green chutni on both sides of bun...take one half and put Dal kabab on it...arrange some cucumber slices and then Aalo kabab...pour imli chutni and some ketchup...dash of onion and tomato rings and sprinkle chat masala on top...cover with other half.
