half kg chicken bonless (3-4 breast pieces)
kali mirch half tsp
salt half tsp
2 tb chilli sauce
4 garlic cloves chopped
4 red chilli
1 tb chilli sauce
2 shimla mirch chopped
1 cup chicken stock
4 tb oil
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with some salt, pepper and vinegar, keep a little of these spices and vinegar aside. Leave one hour.
Separately, boil tomatoes in water and take skin out and put in blender to make tomato sauce.
Separately in one tablespoon oil, fry the marinated chicken pieces and cook until tender (do not cut). Add a little water (few drops) to cook chicken thru.
Brown garlic in a pan with oil and add tomato sauce plus chicken stock, add pyaz sliced, shimla mirch, red chillis and 2 tb chilli sauce, more (black pepper, salt and vinegar). Cook.
Once chicken is tender, place sauce on bottom of dish, add chicken on stop and garnish with cheese. Sever with rice.
